Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled if the item has not yet shipped.
Customer must provide order number and name on the order in correspondence when cancelling.

Refund:

Unopened purchases may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price as is dependent on the condition of the item once it is received back. Customers should take appropriate measures to ensure the original condition of the item being returned.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping of the returned item.

In the event that the purchase has a flaw, the customer may either exchange the purchase or obtain a refund. In this case, the merchant will pay for shipping charges for the returned and exchanged items. Customers must provide proof of purchase with a refund or exchange as well as provide a brief explanation of the problem.

Order number and name of the customer must be provided for refunds and exchanges.
